Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Junction Community Partners and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Design for tasks around food distribution that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
