Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Clear Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around accessibility audits that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in accessibility audits. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
