Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Summit Early Learning is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
