Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Lumen Pine Press is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Design for tasks around customer orders that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
