Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Nest Financial Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
