Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Northwind Corner Financial is a financial-services company in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in regulatory reports. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
