Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
