Senior UX Designer - research and testing (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Basin Banking Services is a community-focused bank in El Paso serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of about 997 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around loan files that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in loan files. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
