Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Yarrow Banking Services is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Denver. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around card disputes that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
