Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Rowan Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Denver. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
