Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Denver, CO)

Bright Cobalt Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Denver producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on research and testing. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
