Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Kestrel Markets is a Denver retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around promotions that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
