Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Haven Financial and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around customer onboarding that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in customer onboarding. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
