Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Linden Health and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
