Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Junction Press Group is a printer and publisher in Cleveland serving local and national clients, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around paper stock that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
