What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around survey data that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in survey data. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
