Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Corner Insurance is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around policy renewals that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in policy renewals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
