Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Meadow Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cincinnati area, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around attendance records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in attendance records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
