Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Ivory Health runs clinics and patient services around Buffalo, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our research and testing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around electronic records that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in electronic records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
