Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Yarrow Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Boston. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
