Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Fox Insurance Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on research and testing for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people based in Boise. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
