Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Insurance Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around premium billing that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
