Senior UX Designer - research and testing (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Oak Health and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be research and testing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
