Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tucson, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
