Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around event logistics that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in event logistics. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
