Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around ticketing that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
