Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Field Press and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Design for tasks around print quotes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in print quotes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
