Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Cobalt Medical is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in device records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
