Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Beacon Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tucson producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around release testing that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in release testing. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
