Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Stone Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Tucson, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
