Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Tampa, FL)

Stonegate Willow Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tampa. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Design for tasks around meal programmes that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in meal programmes. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
