Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Cross Banking Services is a regional lender in Tampa with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around deposit accounts that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in deposit accounts. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
