Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Tampa. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
