Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge Amber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Spokane. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Design for tasks around tuition and subsidies that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in tuition and subsidies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
