Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Seattle, WA)

Nova Glen Banking Services Partners provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
