Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Sable Financial Group serves customers across Seattle with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Design for tasks around regulatory reports that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
