Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove North Community Partners is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Design for tasks around benefits enrolment that people do under time pressure. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
