Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Pine Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Savannah. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in shrink and waste. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
