Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Associates is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. Nice to have • Background in donor records. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
