Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Haven Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 565 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around customer complaints that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in customer complaints. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
