Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind River Financial Group and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around account servicing that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
