Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Amber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Sacramento producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of about 371 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Design for tasks around quality documentation that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in quality documentation. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
