Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to take on mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Design for tasks around clinic supplies that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in clinic supplies. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
