Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Rochester, NY)

Stonegate Kestrel Medical is a Rochester company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Design for tasks around device records that people do under time pressure. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
