Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Rochester, NY)

Westbrook Rowan Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around patient education that people do under time pressure. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in patient education. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
