Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (Rochester, NY)

Nova Keystone Health Group is looking for a Senior UX Designer. The job centres on mobile flows for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around referrals that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Background in referrals. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
