Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Arts Center and adding a Senior UX Designer whose main responsibility will be mobile flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Design for tasks around visitor services that people do under time pressure. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Background in visitor services. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
