Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Ironwood Maple Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Philadelphia plant, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Design for tasks around bindery work that people do under time pressure. What we are looking for • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. Nice to have • Background in bindery work. • Experience running usability tests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
