Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Fernwood Field Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Memphis, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. • Audit screens for accessibility and readability. • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. What we are looking for • Care for plain language and accessibility. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
