Senior UX Designer - mobile flows (remote)

Lumen Vale Markets is a Detroit retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior UX Designer to lead our mobile flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Sketch, prototype and test new flows with real people. • Design for tasks around shrink and waste that people do under time pressure. • Interview users and staff to understand where the current experience fails. • Work with developers so designs ship as intended. • Maintain a small design system of reusable components. What we are looking for • Two or more years of UX or product design experience. • A portfolio showing your process, not only finished screens. • Comfort with Figma or a similar tool. • Care for plain language and accessibility. Nice to have • Experience running usability tests. • Background in shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
